Yes. Click the "Download PDF" button in the header or preview toolbar. InvoiceFlow compiles a vector-sharp A4 PDF document client-side using html2pdf, naming the file after your invoice number (e.g.,
INV-0001.pdf).
Yes. Click "Print" in either the action toolbar or the preview panel. InvoiceFlow triggers your browser's native print dialogue with specialized print stylesheets that automatically hide editor forms, navigation, and buttons, rendering only the clean A4 invoice.
Yes. The Template & Design panel allows you to switch between 5 distinct layout styles (Modern, Classic, Minimal, Corporate, and Elegant), select from 8 color swatches or pick an arbitrary hex color, choose from 5 font families, and toggle between Compact, Standard, and Spacious layout padding.
Yes. Use the logo upload area at the top of the Business Information card. InvoiceFlow accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 2MB. Your logo is rendered in the invoice preview with its aspect ratio cleanly preserved.
Yes. Use the Currency selector in the generator toolbar. InvoiceFlow supports 9 major international currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), CAD ($), AUD ($), PKR (₨), INR (₹), AED (د.إ), and SAR (﷼). Changing currency updates all item rates, subtotals, and totals instantly.
Yes. You can specify an invoice-level tax percentage in the Adjustments panel (e.g., 10%), or assign individual tax percentages to individual line items. The calculation engine computes taxable amounts and adds them accurately to the grand total.
Yes. In the Adjustments card, you can select between a Percentage (%) or Fixed Amount discount. The system automatically subtracts the discount from the subtotal before computing total balances, and guards against negative totals.
Yes. Clicking the "Save Draft" button in the toolbar saves your complete invoice state to your browser's local storage. When you revisit InvoiceFlow, a notification banner will alert you that a previous draft is available to restore with one click.
Your invoice data is stored exclusively on your own computer or mobile device in browser local storage. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or clicking "Clear Form".
Absolutely. InvoiceFlow was built specifically with freelancers and independent contractors in mind. It supports hourly and project-based line items, custom payment instructions, and clean A4 formatting without forced software subscriptions.
Yes. Small businesses, agencies, and consultancies can upload company logos, include statutory Tax/VAT numbers, format structured wire transfer instructions (IBAN and SWIFT), and apply the Corporate template for authoritative presentation.
Yes. The entire application is responsive. On mobile phones, a dedicated view switcher allows you to seamlessly toggle between "Edit Form" and "A4 Preview", with touch-friendly controls and responsive layouts down to 320px screen widths.
Yes. You can add unlimited line items by clicking the "+ Add Item" button. Each row supports custom descriptions, decimal quantities (e.g. 2.5 hours), rates, and row-level delete buttons.
Yes. As long as you keep your browser tab open or save your draft to local storage, you can modify any field, adjust prices, or switch templates at any time. The live preview updates synchronously with every keystroke.
If client-side PDF compilation encounters strict browser security settings, ad-blocker script blocks, or temporary canvas issues, InvoiceFlow gracefully falls back by alerting you and automatically launching your browser's native Print dialogue, where you can select "Save as PDF" for an identical vector-sharp document.
